Welcome to Heart Frequency. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of heartfrequency.com (the “Website”) and the content and resources made available through it.
Heart Frequency is jointly owned and operated by authors Karen Weaver and Adrea Peters (“Heart Frequency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

Heart Frequency provides information, education, resources, and opportunities related to the Heart Frequency book and the broader Heart Frequency body of work.

information about the Heart Frequency book;
information about courses, workbooks, events, workshops, communities, and other offerings;

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content and intellectual property presented through Heart Frequency—including original written material, concepts, frameworks, teachings, exercises, activations, course and workbook materials, diagrams, terminology, and other original educational resources—are owned or controlled by Karen Weaver and Adrea Peters and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Certain materials appearing on the Website may be owned by, licensed to, or used with permission from third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

The Heart Frequency Book
The authors retain copyright in their written work. Certain publication, distribution, and related rights concerning the Heart Frequency book have been granted to its publisher pursuant to a separate publishing agreement.
These Terms do not modify, expand, or supersede the rights of the publisher or authors under that agreement.
3. Personal Use of Our Content
Unless we expressly state otherwise, Heart Frequency Website content and complimentary resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are welcome to read, download where downloading is enabled, reflect upon, and use our materials for your own personal development.
You may also share a link to publicly available pages on the Website.
However, without our prior written permission, you may not:

Heart Frequency is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or platforms.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of everything available through that third party.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
