We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information we collect through heartfrequency.com (the “Website”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.
By using the Website or voluntarily providing information through it, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or other confidential information through the Website unless specifically requested.
2. Information Collected Automatically
The Website is hosted on Squarespace. When you visit the Website, Squarespace may automatically collect certain technical and usage information associated with operating, securing, and analyzing the Website.
This may include information such as:
browser and device information;
IP address;
pages visited and interactions with the Website;
referring website or source;
approximate location derived from technical information; and
information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We currently use Squarespace Analytics to understand general Website traffic and usage. At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or marketing tracking tools.
3. Newsletter and Email Communications
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or other email communications, the information you provide is currently collected and stored through Squarespace.
We may use this information to send you:
Heart Frequency news and updates;
articles and educational content;

information about courses, workbooks, events, community offerings, or other Heart Frequency products and services; and
occasional promotional communications related to Heart Frequency.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications may not prevent us from sending administrative or transactional communications when necessary.
4. Contact Forms and Communications
When you contact us through the Website, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about the matter for which you contacted us.
5. Free Resources and Downloads
We may offer complimentary resources, downloads, exercises, guides, or other materials.
If access to a resource requires you to provide your email address or other information, we will use that information as described in this Privacy Policy and as disclosed at the point of collection.
6. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies associated with Squarespace.
Cookies are small data files placed on your device that can help websites operate properly, remember preferences, maintain security, and provide information about Website usage.
Some cookies may be necessary for the Website to function. Others may support analytics or other Website features.
Depending on your location and the configuration of the Website, you may be able to accept, decline, or otherwise manage certain cookies through the Website's cookie settings or through your browser settings.
Disabling cookies may affect how some portions of the Website function.
7. How We Use Your Information
We may use information collected through the Website to:
operate and maintain the Website;
provide resources or information you request;
communicate with you;
send communications you have chosen to receive;
respond to inquiries;
understand Website usage and improve the visitor experience;
develop and improve Heart Frequency content, resources, programs, and offerings;
maintain the security and integrity of the Website;
comply with applicable legal obligations; and
protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Service Providers
We may use service providers that process information on our behalf in order to operate the Website and provide our services.
Currently, Squarespace provides Website hosting, analytics, cookies and related Website functionality, as well as storage of newsletter/email opt-in information.
These service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual and legal requirements.
If we introduce additional providers in the future—for example, an email service, course platform, payment processor, community platform, event-registration provider, or analytics service—we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
9. Links to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including booksellers, publishers, social media platforms, event providers, or other external resources.
Following one of these links takes you outside the Heart Frequency Website. The collection and use of information by those third parties is governed by their own privacy policies and practices.
We encourage you to review those policies when providing personal information to another website or service.
10. Purchases
Heart Frequency does not currently process payments directly through the Website.
Where the Website provides a link to purchase the Heart Frequency book or another product from an external retailer, publisher, platform, or service, your purchase and the personal information associated with that transaction are handled by that third party according to its own terms and privacy practices.
If we begin processing purchases directly through the Website in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or as required by applicable law.
For example, newsletter information may generally be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, administrative, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you certain rights concerning your personal information.
These may include the right to request:
access to personal information we hold about you;
correction of inaccurate information;
deletion of certain personal information;
information about how your personal information is used; or
withdrawal of consent where processing is based upon consent.
Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
To make a privacy-related request, contact us at hello@heartfrequency.com.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
13. International Visitors
Heart Frequency is operated in the United States and may be accessed by visitors from other countries.
Because our Website and service providers operate across jurisdictions, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
Where required, we will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
14. Children's Privacy
Heart Frequency is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
15. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information collected through the Website. We also rely on Squarespace and other service providers to maintain appropriate security measures for the systems they operate.
However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Heart Frequency may evolve, and the technology and services supporting the Website may change.
We may therefore update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
